  1.Introduction of Gemological Institute

 

  China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (CUG) has two campuses in Wuhan, which are named as Nanwang Mountain Campus and Future City Campus.Nanwang Mountain Campus is main campus, located in the heart of the Wuhan East Lake National Innovation Demonstration Zone, which is popularly known as China Optics Valley. The Future City Campus is located in the east of Wuhan and is 27km from the main campus. CUG is a national key University affiliated with the Ministry of Education and approved by the State to establish a graduate school. It is also listed in the National ‘211 Project’ and the "Double First-class Plan". It is committed to become an internationally renowned research university in the field of earth sciences.

 

  Gemmological Institute of CUG (Wuhan) was established with the approval of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources of P.R.china. It is the earliest, largest and most influential gemological education institute in China. It has a complete talent training system, including vocational training, undergraduate, master and doctoral degree. The GIC brand created by the Gemological Institute is well-known at domestically and overseas and is known as the ‘Cradle of Jewelry Education’. It is striving to build a jewellery institute with ‘Chinese characteristics and world-class’.

 

  Gemmological Institute has two national first-class undergraduate programs: ‘Gemology and Material and Craft’ and ‘Products Design (Jewelry Design Direction)’.

 

  The institute has a Gem and Jewelry Vocational Education Center, which trains nearly ten thousand vocational education students every year. Gemological institute also has a Gemstone Testing Center, which is located in Wuhan and Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other places with state authorized gem testing laboratory, is one of the most authoritative gem testing institutions in China. The Institute serves the local economic and social development. The jewelry street with a total length of 2 km has been built in Wuhan, the city where the Institute is located.

  一、學院簡介

 

  中國地質大學(武漢)位于武漢東湖國家自主創新示范區腹地，是教育部直屬全國重點大學，是國家批準設立研究生院的大學，是國家“211工程”、“雙一流”建設高校，致力于建設成為地球科學領域國際知名研究型大學。

 

  中國地質大學(武漢)珠寶學院由原地質礦產部批準設立，是全國開展珠寶教育最早、規模最大、影響最廣的學院，堅持理工管藝學科交叉一體化建設，堅持人才培養與服務行業融合一體化發展，堅持本碩博學歷教育與職業教育貫通一體化培養，得到行業和社會的廣泛認同，被譽為“寶教搖籃”，正努力建設“中國特色、世界一流”的珠寶學院。

 

  三十年砥礪奮進，學院建設的寶石及材料工藝學專業2009年獲國家級特色專業建設，2019年入選國家一流本科專業建設，產品設計(珠寶首飾設計方向)2021年入選國家一流本科專業建設，獲批 “珠寶首飾傳承與創新發展研究中心” 湖北省人文社科重點研究基地和湖北省珠寶工程技術研究中心兩個省級科研平臺，入選第46屆世界技能大賽珠寶加工項目中國集訓基地，被授予湖北省高技能人才培養基地，牽頭發起成立中國職業技術教育學會珠寶教育專業委員會。珠寶學院創立GIC珠寶教育和檢測兩個社會服務平臺，累計培訓珠寶學員近6萬人，先后在武漢、廣州、深圳、竹山、松崗等地設立珠寶檢測實驗室，是珠寶檢測領域最權威機構之一，所在地武漢市依托學院建成全長2公里的珠寶街。

 

  二、崗位需求及專業條件

 

  1.寶石學：珠寶檢測技術、寶石優化處理技術、晶體合成、寶玉石產地溯源、珠寶分級與評估、巖石學、礦物學、地球化學、色度學、資產評估等相關專業或方向。

 

  2.高端珠寶管理：管理學、工商管理、奢侈品管理等相關專業。

 

  3.首飾設計、藝術及相關領域: 首飾與金屬藝術、首飾設計、工藝美術、藝術史(工藝美術領域)、數字藝術與設計等相關專業。

 

  4.先進制造：增材制造、激光制造、精密制造或機器人制造業相關專業。

 

  5.現代首飾制造技術：首飾貴金屬合金學、首飾制造自動化技術、3D打印技術、3D材料制備相關專業。

 

  6.珠寶文化與考古：哲學、歷史、考古學（有寶石學相關背景）相關專業。

 

  7.大數據技術：計算機、人工智能、電子信息相關專業。

 

  三、崗位設置及薪酬待遇

 

  學校常年誠聘海內外青年學者、學科骨干、學科領軍人才和學科杰出人才。符合條件的申報人經學校綜合審定通過后可聘任至學校相關人才崗位，享受學校薪酬待遇和學院豐厚的績效獎勵。

 

  (一)入選特任崗位后，學校支持措施如下：

 

  1.特任教授(研究員)：年薪29萬元以上，另享受教學津貼、科研績效及高水平科研成果獎勵等；聘為特任教授(特任研究員)(事業編制)；學校提供科研啟動經費(理工科類專業30萬元以上，人文社科類專業15萬元以上)；安家費25萬元以上；解決子女入學入托。

 

  2.特任副教授(副研究員)：年薪24萬元以上，另享受教學津貼、科研績效及高水平科研成果獎勵等；聘為特任副教授(特任副研究員)；學校提供科研啟動經費(理工科類專業20萬元以上，人文社科類專業10萬元以上)；安家費15萬元以上；解決子女入學入托。
